Over the past year, Prosus shifted its business strategy and market identity from traditional investment firm to active integrated tech disruptor and now needed a website to be able to tell this story. As the power behind the world’s leading lifestyle e-commerce brands, the company has evolved from conventional corporate storytelling. The challenge: replace a static corporate site with a more digital experience that reflected the scale, sophistication, dynamism, and ambition of a globally integrated tech ecosystem.
IDX helped bring Prosus’ new story to life by reimagining what a corporate website can be.
More than a redesign, the new Prosus.com was strategically built from the ground up as a modern brand platform and vehicle to communicate Prosus' ambition. A clear signal for markets to pay attention. It’s a site that moves beyond templated IR pages and instead mirrors the way Prosus thinks: interconnected, dynamic, and always evolving. The goal was to build a site that wouldn’t just explain the Prosus ecosystem but fully embody it.
Every design and content decision was strategically shaped by Prosus’ new position in the market: as a builder of long-term value through AI, innovation, and global scale. The result was a departure from legacy navigation and investor messaging toward something that felt immersive and purpose-built for modern stakeholders.
- Replaced linear navigation with theme-based journeys, inviting users to explore rather than providing instruction
- Created a living homepage, which acts as a fluid journey through insights, stories, and company highlights that evolve with the business
- Built “The Prosus Way” page as a storytelling hub, illustrating how the company scales, allocates capital and talent, and partners for growth
- Wove ESG and societal value into the site’s architecture, not just as philanthropic add-on but as central to the Prosus’ operating model
- Used interactive design (data visualisations, overlays, flip cards) to signal innovation and reflect the non-linear nature of the Prosus ecosystem
