Senior Lifestyle’s Community and Level of Care (LoC) pages were under-optimized, lacking the brand alignment and engagement opportunities needed to drive action. With fewer conversion points and limited visual cohesion, users dropped off before reaching critical conversion points. We saw an opportunity to reimagine the user experience and turn curiosity into commitment.

Our plan was twofold: Build smarter pathways and make every visit count.
IDX set out to redesign the community, LoC and neighborhood pages with a focus on performance. Every visual update, layout shift and link was built to move users through the marketing funnel while strengthening alignment with Senior Lifestyle’s brand tone and style.

The UX overhaul focused on clarity, connection and conversion. We brought community pages to life with rich media, created more engaging neighborhood experiences, and made LoC content easier to find and explore while reinforcing the brand identity.
