The Role

- Lead project check-ins before and after key milestones to ensure alignment, quality and efficiency
- Work closely with delivery, product and specialist teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to agreed standards
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies proactively
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to support overall account strategy
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice within the Account Management team
- Participate in IDX events, industry activities and agency initiatives
About You
- Experience in a commercial Account Management role within a digital, corporate communications, investor relations or related environment
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Commercial awareness with experience working to revenue targets
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills

The Head of FP&A is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic commercial partnering with strong analytical rigour. What You'll Be Doing
Financial Planning & Analysis- Lead the global FP&A function, delivering accurate budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
- Develop insightful management reporting, KPIs and executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and accountability across all regions.
- Drive improvements to forecasting accuracy, profitability analysis and financial modelling.
- Produce Board, Executive and Investor reporting packs with clear commercial insight.
- Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, business integration and investment decisions.
- Lead the Commercial Finance function, providing financial support across client profitability, pricing strategy and revenue performance.

Strategic Account Ownership
- Manage all aspects of paid media account management
- Omni-Channel Strategy: Lead the development and execution of holistic paid media strategies across Google Ads, Social (Meta/LinkedIn), and emerging platforms.
- Performance Growth: Proactively manage budgets, campaign strategies, and audience targeting to hit and exceed client performance KPIs.
- Strategic Roadmap: Translate client business objectives into concrete media plans; move beyond tactical execution to provide meaningful strategic recommendations that grow account revenue.
- Campaign Implementation: Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of media campaigns.
- Testing & Optimization: Design and run tests and learn scenarios. Own the full lifecycle: from hypothesis to implementation and final performance reporting.
- Forecasting & Planning: Build accurate performance forecasts and annual media plans that align with client marketing goals.
- Scalable Workflows: Use automation tools to manage reporting and campaign performance.
- Tactical Hygiene: Enforce naming conventions, tracking parameters, and creative audit standards to ensure campaign data is clean, readable, and actionable.
- Client Leadership: Act as the primary media lead in client meetings, communicating strategic narrative, performance trends, and the "why" behind your optimizations.
- Departmental Impact: Partner with Account Management to translate business needs into campaign actions.
- Participate in new business opportunities by contributing strategic insights and competitive platform research.
About You
- Previous paid media experience, some of which must be in a digital agency environment
- Knowledge of paid media channels Google Ads and Social Ads.
- Additional knowledge of Microsoft, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Desired: TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Programmatic (via vendor or in-platform trader)
- Awareness of all performance marketing channels and their potential impact on paid media performance
- Has created client forecast and omni-channel media plan and demonstrates ability to compile advanced client deliverables
- Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client Capable of auditing and fixing broken conversion pipelines without engineering assistance
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM is a plus
