David brings 20 years of technology leadership experience and deep industry knowledge to Investis Digital. Leading all product development and web architecture groups at the forefront of our client’s digital transformation. Throughout his career, David has earned a reputation for bringing moonshot thinking to client challenges.

Before coming to Investis Digital, David led innovation projects for some of the Bay Area’s most storied brands, evolving their products as they entered new markets. Work he loves to talk about includes helping a credit card payments provider to refactor Bluetooth sensors to create audience segments based on broadcasts detected in car stereos and mobile phones, and working with a global clothing retailer to develop the concept for an in-store mobile app that would leverage augmented reality artifacts for shopper discounts and to drive loyalty card enrollments.

David was previously the Chief Data & Product Officer at iCrossing, where he led internal product development; client facing data science projects; and parent company Hearst’s media optimization and real-time analytics. Earlier, David was VP of Technology at TBWA/Chiat/Day and Agency.com where his focus was global web redesign and CRM projects.

David is a passionate entrepreneur and has developed and launched dozens of creative business concepts, having spent recent years in the Bay Area, mentoring founders in the software startup community. David is a veteran of the U.S. Army, has a B.S. in Technical & Scientific Communications from Arizona State University, and studied statistics at Harvard University.
