The mission of IDX DE&I Committee will be to foster an environment that desires and recruits diverse talent, cultivates a culture that celebrates all identities, life experiences, and perspectives, and ensures equal opportunity for all.

Coupled with our mission to redefine communications and help drive the important messages that matter most, we strive to create an environment that enables us to attract, develop, inspire, and reward top talent. We recognize that a culture that unleashes innovation, allows our people to perform with passion, ensures everyone feels they have an equal opportunity to belong and build a career. For example, we pride ourselves in making efforts to close the institutional gender barriers and can attest that 43% of our leadership team consists of women.

As a global company with nine offices around the world, we blend the kaleidoscope of different views, experiences, and perspectives to broaden our horizons, and our minds. Our innovation has no borders and by respecting all of our unique cultures and backgrounds, we transcend geographies to support our clients everywhere in the world. Our future success is dependent on our ability to provide new and diverse solutions to our clients, which can be achieved only if we foster a culture of diversity among our talent pool. We see our differences as strengths and are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion guided by IDX's company values.

Purpose & Objective

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee bolsters our commitment to what we consider good corporate governance. We engaged our Executive Leadership team to champion the cause and act as a catalyst for change while also promoting inclusion.

Identifying global objectives that aligned with our mission took the collaborative efforts of all our offices. As a company with ten offices globally, we wanted to ensure they spoke to who we are as a company and where we see ourselves going with this important initiative.

Inclusion encourages success. At IDX we strive to make sure our employees feel welcomed and know that professional growth is attainable for everyone, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

Our Governance Model

This commitment starts at the top with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Executive Champion, our regional sponsors, and a committee that encompasses employees from all our global offices. But, it does not stop there, we expect leaders at all levels to help create and sustain a culture of equality where everyone is seen and heard. Our areas of focus include race-equality, cross-cultural diversity, gender equality, LGBTI+ support, and recognizing all religions.
