Introducing the IDX London Graduate Programme

The launch of the IDX Graduate Programme – our first formal graduate initiative in the UK – is kicking off in London in September 2025.

Over the past three decades, IDX has achieved incredible success by attracting brilliant people and giving them the space to thrive. The Graduate Programme builds on that legacy by offering early-career talent a structured and supportive path into the world of an award-winning communications agency. It’s designed for individuals who are curious, driven, and ready to learn, reflecting our commitment to investing in the future. By bringing in fresh perspectives and new energy, we’re not only developing talent but also strengthening the business for what comes next.

Over a period of 12 months, our graduates will rotate through several key departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Creative (Design, Film & Animation, and Webcasting). Each rotation will offer exposure to live client work, collaboration across teams, and a clear sense of how their work contributes to nurturing success within a large agency.

Alongside this hands-on learning experience, each participant will be paired with a mentor and a buddy, ensuring they benefit from a year of guidance and the encouragement needed to build confidence and make progress. This means real work, real conversations, and real connections.

This programme isn’t just about helping graduates gain experience either; it’s an opportunity for us to learn from them too. We’ll be encouraging participants to share their feedback, offer insights, and help us refine the programme for those who follow in their footsteps. For us, this isn’t just about developing talent – it’s about co-creating something meaningful and lasting.

We're not expecting graduates to have it all figured out on day one. Instead, we’re hoping to offer a foundation that helps them start to shape what comes next for their futures. And hopefully by the end of their time with us, they’ll be ready to step into a full-time role within one of our teams (or elsewhere!)
